Enjoy spending time with friends, colleagues or simply new people in a friendly and safe environment where you can take your muscles to the next level.

Let’s talk a bit about why working out in a group is a good idea:

  1. Get motivated
With people sweating, screaming and pushing their limits to the next level and that extra rep you will find yourself motivated to push yourself as well.
You don't have to worry about being better than everyone else in a group workout class. At some point we were all beginners. There will always be someone in class who is more powerful than you. Allow that to inspire you rather than intimidate you! When you see someone lifting greater weights or moving quicker than you, it motivates you to do the same, and better.

  2. Workout variety
Repeating the same moves over and over can become monotonous. It's not just tedious, but it could also be obstructing your progress. One of the greatest ways to avoid plateau is to mix up your workout, and group exercise classes are a great way to do just that.

  3. Proper form, no injury
Working out in a group is a good compromise between working out alone and having a personal trainer. You have the benefit of specialists instructing you how to complete each exercise with good form in a group lesson. Plus, if your form is improper, the trainers will assist you in correcting it so you don't damage yourself. You won't get that just by going to the gym.

  4. Make friends and be part of a healthy fitness community
Although that may sound cliched, it is true. Being a member of a "fit fam" can be quite useful. You can receive support and guidance from people who are on the same path as you by joining a community. There will always be someone who has your back, whether your goal is to improve your health and wellness or your strength and endurance.

  5. Push yourself to higher standards
We all know that going to the gym is the most difficult part of working out. Most group workout sessions need you to reserve your space ahead of time. If you decide to cancel at the last minute, you'll almost certainly be charged a hefty fee. This will most likely motivate you to stay to your workout routine.
