BOOTCAMP sessions are run indoors with the occasional outdoor drill.

These sessions quite often require the use of:

 

Kettlebells
Dumbbells
Barbells
Wall Balls
Battle Ropes
Skipping Ropes
Boxes/Steps
…. and much much more!

 

These sessions contain, but are not limited to:

 

Circuit training
Punch pad
Body weight exercises
Light weights
Cardio
