VIGOROUS sessions are a variety of core strengthening, body conditioning programs with free standing bags exclusively designed for the development of the sessions.
VIGOROUS recommends usage of special equipment eg. gloves & HEART.
The rounds of technique implemented in VIGOROUS include Boxing styles, Muay Thai styles, kickboxing combined with simple crossfit movements through high intensity and dynamic intervals. These exciting rounds are interspersed with aerobic recovery and muscle strengthening movements.
These programs are designed to build strength & fitness over a 55 minute period of time.
