LEGS, BUMS & TUMS group fitness sessions are exactly as the class name states – for the LOWER body.
These sessions are low impact but the burn level is high! You'll be targeting your core, legs & glutes (bum) with an array of movements & equipment.
These programs are designed to build strength & fitness over a 55 minute period of time
These sessions use the bags for kicking, bars for lower body movements & steps to increase the intensity!
