This sessions is a great way to start your week! It's a lower intensity weights workout.

We focus less on your cardio fitness & more on strength & endurance. Focusing on a different muscle group with each track, you're bound to feel the burn!  These programs are designed to build strength & fitness over a 55 minute period of time.

This is a great session for anyone who is new to weights, or wanting inspiration for their own programs
